At Sky Creek Kitchen + Bar, we strive to provide a dining experience that will exceed expectations.

Led by our acclaimed Executive Chef Jose Soto, Sky Creek Kitchen creates Texas cuisine unlike any other. We’ve cultivated a premier culinary experience by taking an elevated Southwest inspired menu and adding fresh local ingredients to classic dishes. We pride ourselves by curating a menu consisting of only locally sourced ingredients, unique seafood dishes with fresh gulf caught fish, and organic Texas farm-raised Akaushi beef.

Our Team

Executive Chef Jose Soto:

Chef Soto uses his experience and culture to bring out the best in every dish he creates. From working as Sous Chef for Dean Fearing for over 5 years or working under Chef Laurent Tourondel at BLT restaurant in Puerto Rico, you can taste his passion and training. When he’s not working Chef Soto loves making his specialties in Caribbean and Southwestern cuisine for friends and family, and using local ingredients like spices and chilies.
